Range Art Connect
Third Tuesday of the Month, Noon-4pm Downtown Art Place Classroom
Starts March 17th, 2026
Range Art Connect is free and open to Range Art members and the community. These casual monthly gatherings are a chance to experiment with art supplies, work on projects, and socialize in a welcoming environment.

Range Art Chalkfest
9:00 AM-4:00 PM
A one-day outdoor chalk art festival full of creativity and community. Artists of all experience levels are welcome. Expect chalk art, family fun, food, and music. Registration details will be opening soon.
Emberlight Art in the Park - Group Entry
Range Art's 2026 group entry will feature Woodland Fairy Houses. Artists and community members can help build houses during Range Art Connect sessions starting in March or at the May workshop
Woodland Fairy Houses at Little Girl's Point
Temporary fairy houses will be created by kids and families along the ADA Trail at Little Girl's Point, just across from The Lodge sign. Sponsored by Range Art Association and permitted by Gogebic County Forestry, this two-month installation encourages families to walk the trail and build simple fairy houses using provided natural materials such as twigs, stones, birch bark, acorns, and beeswax twine
Festival Ironwood - Kids Art Activities
10:00 AM-2:00 PM
Range Art will again offer free arts & crafts for kids, funded by the Walmart Spark Good Grant. Volunteers are welcome for 1-2 hour shifts - it's a fun, lively day with kids and families.
Range Art Studio Tour
10:00 AM-4:00 PM
Artists are invited to open their studios (or participate at shared locations) for this self-guided tour. Participants are included on our printed and digital tour map, so signup deadlines are important. We need your application by April 1st.
Annual Range Art Show & Art Market
Ironwood Memorial Building
10:00 AM-4:00 PM
Our annual non-juried exhibition celebrating artists from across the region. An artist reception with beverages and appetizers will be held Sat Aug 22 from 2-4 pm.
Artists may also reserve a table in the Art Market to sell original work. Table options, deadlines, and updated guidelines will be announced soon.
